community garden update

the facilities director like the idea and will be contacting the land owners to see if we can use it. we probably won't be able to grow food due to the landfill/former dumpsite issue (though it wouldn't be too difficult to check the soil toxicity anyway), but even if it's just flowers, being able to go out there at lunch and dig, or after a particularly stressful meeting, would be a huge coup.
